Silver Cross new CRM deployed successfully

Silver Cross has successfully deployed their Amber CRM system into their UK and European headquarters in Skipton, North Yorkshire. The system, built on Amber CRM is being used to provide a customer service interface initially, but will be rolled out to provide full E-commerce and marketing functionality during the next three months.
BPI’s Amber CMS and E-commerce system is due to rolled out in the next two months with a full blown E-commerce site live in June.
