GO GO Hamsters Rule!

As well as being a Dream Toy 2009 – The Go Go Hamsters range of products has also broken all sales records this Christmas leaving most retailers out of stock.
At one point BPI’s Amber Ecommerce system was virtually serving 15,000 customers. BPI added another database server on to Character’s server set up to cope with the amount of daily transactions. On one day at 4pm - it seemed that every child in the UK was trying to get hold of these desirable pets!
The Amber CRM system stood up wonderfully to the pressure of the work – and like all good shop assistants; is looking forward to the end of the Christmas rush, to put its feet up and have a well deserved rest – oh yeah!
