BPI wins second project from FSA

BPI has won its second project from the Food Standards Authority. The E-learning project for Vacuum packaging will provide an online interactive assessment course recreated from the existing offline vacuum packaging refresher course, replacing the current classroom format. The module will consist of 5 stages which are multiple choice and enforcement officers have to pass all 5 modules to attain their CPD accreditation. Enforcement officers can also access the course for information when out in the field.
