EC&O Venues has selected Big Picture Interactive to build a website and an intranet/extranet.
The public website for two of its venues, Earls Court and Olympia, will be structured to work for all of the company's key audience groups, with the content managed online through our Amber Content Management System (CMS).
The site will also integrate with EC&O Venues' service partners to include online ticket booking plus seamless parking and accommodation booking.
Big Picture Interactive's customer journey will be key, leading users through customer acquisition, research, purchase or registering, and finally relationship-building.
Long-term, this will provide a solid foundation for future contact and digital strategies.
